1. Linear vibrating screen
Linear vibrating screen uses two vibrating motors as the source of excitation, and the exciting force generated by reverse rotation is transmitted to the whole screen surface through the vibration transmitting body, so that the material on the screen surface jumps to the direction of the outlet. Material smaller than the sieve hole falls to the lower layer through the sieve mesh, and flows out from the outlet after continuous jump. Material stuck in the sieve mesh is ejected by rubber balls. Because of the reasonable sieving process, materials of different specifications can be obtained at the same time.
2. Rotary Vibrating Screen
The vibration of XZS series rotary vibration screen is generated by vertical vibration motor as excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor. The rotational motion of the motor is transformed into a horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motion, which is then transmitted to the screen surface. By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower ends, the trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed. Then the powder material is infiltrated under the screen surface by continuous vibration, while other impurities or solid materials are left on the screen surface, so as to achieve the screening function of the material. For the difficult material, springball and ultrasonic vibration screen can be added to screen.
3. Tumbler Screen
The Tumbler Screen is a kind of low-frequency swing screen which imitates manual swing. Its principle is that the instantaneous motion is a combination of the radial displacement and the circumferential motion with the displacement as the axis (spiral motion). The vibration exciter which can adjust the eccentricity produces a non-linear three-dimensional motion, and the material also produces the same motion similar to the manual operation, so as to achieve the purpose of screening, and with the screening accessories can get a more ideal screening effect; suitable for spherical, cylindrical, flaky or even irregular shapes, easy to block and need precision. Material is evenly dispersed on the whole screen surface from the center to the outer edge, thus propagating in a spiral motion to the axial direction. The horizontal and vertical acceleration increases with the movement of particles, and the particles close to the sieve hole size are separated successfully. The larger particles are transported to the outlet, where the flow is controlled by an adjustable guide device, which is another factor controlling the residence time of materials. This process is repeated between each screen.
4. Airflow screen
The airflow screen abandons the traditional principle of gravitational potential energy operation and opens up a new way of screening for carrying fluid kinetic energy. It uses high-speed airflow as a carrier in the closed state, so that fully dispersed powder particles can be injected into the screen with sufficient kinetic energy to achieve the purpose of rapid classification.
5. Air Classifier
